Ben Yoder brings to Home Logic Realty a commitment to his clientele that is unparalleled in the real estate profession. His professional philosophy is to consistently exceed his clients’ expectations. It is this philosophy and Ben’s high rate of customer service that has allowed him to build a successful business through repeat clients and referrals from past clients.
Ben kicked off his real estate career in 2006 joining Keller Williams in the Cherry Creek area. After 2 years at Keller Williams, Ben joined a small boutique real estate firm in downtown Denver before creating Home Logic Realty in 2009.
As a former high school math teacher, Ben educates his clients on the real estate process and creates a thorough and positive line of communication with each and every client in order to assure that their buying and selling experiences are as stress-free as possible.
Originally from Columbus, Ohio, Ben graduated from Indiana University and eventually moved to Denver for the lure of the mountains and amazing lifestyle Colorado offers. Ben has called Denver home since 2002 and enjoys spending time with his beautiful wife, Lori, and their three amazing daughters, Ava, Jaiden, and Rylie. When Ben isn’t assisting clients or with his family, he can usually be found at Red Rocks Park and Amphitheater where he volunteers with the Friends of Red Rocks organization keeping our historic park and music venue looking beautiful.

Prior to joining Home Logic Realty in 2017, Lori worked in the Insurance industry where her primary responsibilities included negotiating high-end settlements and providing stellar customer service. Lori is a firm believer that providing comprehensive customer service with strong attention to detail creates positive experiences for her clients.
Born in Blue Springs, Missouri, and raised in Crown Point, Indiana, Lori graduated from Indiana University and moved to Denver in 2002. Lori’s passion lies in raising their 3 daughters in this beautiful state and spending as much time as possible running, hiking, and enjoying all the mountains have to offer. In giving back to her community, Lori also coaches the Girls On the Run team at Governors Ranch Elementary as a way to inspire young girls to be healthy and confident.
