Ben while searching for our first home.  I would say we were almost completely clueless about the whole venture and Ben was great at taking it step by step while being easily accessible for our multitude of questions.  Our price was low for the market and Ben tried diligently to accommodate our needs and growing family while staying within our means. Ben was able to provide a variety of housing choices around the Denver area and also took on the challenge of looking at houses with our 3-year-old daughter.  The closing was easy and Ben provided us with a company to put together our loan and associated insurance.  Overall we are delighted with the house and felt the process of buying a house was made simple by Ben.
